  BAD! Had to order twice and took a total of 3 hours to get my pizzas. I had a pretty simple order of 2 large pizzas with no onions. When pizza guy showed up he didn't apologize for the poor service. Pizza that was ordered without onions had onions and a lot of them. Pizzas were burnt on the crust (not horrible but I have a retainer on my bottom teeth so it hurt.) Ordered 2 2liters of pop and received one that was right and one they ran out of and gave us something else. Over all a rough experience for me.

  Many times I have ordered from this domino's. And over half the time I am disappointed. I continue to give my service, specifically for the fact that the other half the time it is really good. I've gotten burnt pizza, dry chicken, hard pasta, over cooked cinnastixs. I could go on. But my biggest thing is when you write your hours for the public. If you're going to close early then you should update that info. This isn't the first time I've placed an order, and it "goes through" but ends up getting removed. This domino's has by far the worst customer service I have every experienced.

  I have to say that they have done nothing but an excellent job with either the customer service aspect, cooking our pizza, and how fast the delivery is most of the time. What ever the situation ...they always make good on it or do better the next time. Always aiming to please.
