- 3 / 5By Roger SCopps Fried chicken had taken a serious nose dive over the last few months. It had become so greasy that grease actually poured out of the container. It had to be eaten with a knife and a fork, and really should have been taken back.
I complained on the Copps web site and was contacted by an assistant manager who said she would look into it. She even mailed me a gift card for writing.
I tried it again tonight (after several weeks) and was happy that it had improved immensely. It's still not the real crispy chicken of months ago, but it was at least edible with fingers and a napkin. Cant' wait to get the CRISPY back.July 06, 2016
